Over de rol 

Als Senior Full Stack Tester ben je een sleutelspeler in het bewaken en verhogen van kwaliteit bij onze klanten. Je test applicaties end-to-end en neemt ownership over de testaanpak en kwaliteit binnen één of meerdere teams. 

Je combineert hands-on testing en automatisatie met coaching, strategisch meedenken en advies richting klantteams, architecten en stakeholders. 

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden 

• End-to-end testen van complexe applicaties (frontend, backend, integraties) 

• Ontwerpen, implementeren en onderhouden van robuuste testautomatisatie-oplossingen 

• Bepalen en bewaken van de teststrategie binnen agile teams 

• Integreren van testen in CI/CD pipelines en DevOps-processen 

• Proactief identificeren van kwaliteitsrisico’s en technische knelpunten 

• Adviseren van klanten over testbaarheid, kwaliteit en best practices 

• Coachen en begeleiden van medior en junior testers 

• Actief bijdragen aan de verdere uitbouw van onze QA- en testing expertise 

Jouw profiel 

• 5+ jaar ervaring als software tester / QA engineer 

• Sterke ervaring met testautomatisatie over de volledige stack 
  (bv. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST-assured, …) 

• Goede kennis van programmeren of scripting (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, …) 

• Grondig inzicht in web- en backendarchitecturen 

• Ervaring met CI/CD, DevOps en cloudomgevingen 

• Ervaring in een consultancy- of klantcontext 

• Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden 

• In staat om technische beslissingen te onderbouwen richting klanten 

• Vloeiend in Nederlands en professioneel Engels 

Nice to have 

• Ervaring met containerisatie (Docker, Kubernetes) 

• Kennis van performance-, security- of accessibility testing 

• ISTQB Test Automation, Advanced of Test Manager certificatie 

• Ervaring met test maturity assessments of kwaliteitsaudits 

• Bijdrage aan pre-sales, workshops of interne communities

About the role

As a Senior Full Stack Tester, you will play a key role in monitoring and improving quality for our customers. You will test applications end-to-end and take ownership of the testing approach and quality within one or more teams.

You will combine hands-on testing and automation with coaching, strategic thinking, and advising customer teams, architects, and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end testing of complex applications (frontend, backend, integrations)

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust test automation solutions

• Determining and monitoring the test strategy within agile teams

• Integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes

• Proactively identifying quality risks and technical bottlenecks

• Advising clients on testability, quality, and best practices

• Coaching and mentoring medior and junior testers

• Actively contributing to the further development of our QA and testing expertise

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience as a software tester/QA engineer

• Strong experience with test automation across the entire stack

• (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST-assured, etc.)

• Good knowledge of programming or scripting (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, etc.)

• Thorough understanding of web and backend architectures

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud environments

• Experience in a consultancy or customer context

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Able to substantiate technical decisions to customers

• Fluent in Dutch and professional English

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of performance, security, or accessibility testing

• ISTQB Test Automation, Advanced, or Test Manager certification

• Experience with test maturity assessments or quality audits

• Contribution to pre-sales, workshops, or internal communities
