My internship started off quite challenging. Due to my limited technical knowledge, I was a bit scared on how my first day would be. But that all faded away as I walked in.

From day one the people at b.ignited were nothing short of warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was not like most offices. Here were no colleagues, I had a feeling that everyone was a friend. Everyone was ready to help me understand things better, or answer my questions.

Thanks to his patience and support I gradually became more confident in both myself and my abilities. The knowledge that I lacked from school I quickly made up during my internship.

I am extremely grateful to b.ignited for giving me this opportunity. I truly believe that starting my internship at b.ignited is one of the best outcomes I could have hoped for from an internship experience.

Not only did I learn a lot from a technical perspective, but it also helped me a lot with gaining insights on the career path I would like to follow. What makes this even more special is that the team itself even took steps to make this career path a possibility.

Without this internship I would still have no idea what I would like to do so for that I am thankful.

If I would ask my self what thought or feeling stuck to me the most, I would answer with the feeling of improvement.

The constant feedback and questions you can answer really prove that you have grown through the process and that is how I felt as well. Also all the silly moments and jokes that everyone make.

These are the moments that lighten up the day and can destress you from stressful situations. A fun moment for me was in my first week we had a workshop about performance testing.

Even though I did not follow the first workshop about it everyone really made sure I was included. It might not sound like much but these are all the little things that the team of b.ignited does that really matter for an intern to be included.
